I was so looking forward to my stay, but the heat in the room didn't work and the roof top bar closed 2 hours early on a Saturday? I expected a complimentary drink for that inconvenience, but alas, nothing. Absolutely would have given a decent review, but who wants to recommend a place with such epic fails.

The Flat Iron Hotel served up freshly squeezed juice that was a burst of flavor! The mountain views from the rooftop area were amazing. Plus, the luxurious bathroom amenities.
We had some hiccups with the internet-based TV and phone , a bummer. But honestly, everything else shined so bright that we hardly minded.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was beautiful, had perfect location close to everything. Location: the property was right by the restaurants and night life as well as Asheville. Appreciated their on-site restaurant Luminosa, it was good.

A journey back in time
Stepping into the Flat Iron Hotel was like a nostalgic escape. The decor impressed with its art deco elegance. A special highlight was the cute staff, who always greeted us with warmth.
Unfortunately, our time was marred by some inconveniences. The internet-based TV and phone had technical issues, rendering them unusable. We experienced some noise disturbances from the street, which may trouble light sleepers.

historical building restoration, comfortable beds, beautifully designed rooms
They should seriously reconsider the execution of their valet service!!! A warning about the lack of refrigerators in the rooms might have saved me a lot of trouble!!! Room service needs a complete overhaul to align with guest needs!!!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Rooms are visually fine, and the beds provide excellent comfort, especially for those with back issues. The staff's friendliness stood out throughout my stay. The $30 daily charge for valet parking felt excessive, and there were no refrigerators in the room were nice. Accessibility to basic amenities could also use improvement.
