    poor service

I was so looking forward to my stay, but the heat in the room didn't work and the roof top bar closed 2 hours early on a Saturday? I expected a complimentary drink for that inconvenience, but alas, nothing. Absolutely would have given a decent review, but who wants to recommend a place with such epic fails.

    freshly squeezed juice
    amazing views
    luxurious bathroom amenities
    technical issues
    interrupted service

The Flat Iron Hotel served up freshly squeezed juice that was a burst of flavor! The mountain views from the rooftop area were amazing. Plus, the luxurious bathroom amenities.

We had some hiccups with the internet-based TV and phone , a bummer. But honestly, everything else shined so bright that we hardly minded.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was beautiful, had perfect location close to everything. Location: the property was right by the restaurants and night life as well as Asheville. Appreciated their on-site restaurant Luminosa, it was good.

    A journey back in time

Stepping into the Flat Iron Hotel was like a nostalgic escape. The decor impressed with its art deco elegance. A special highlight was the cute staff, who always greeted us with warmth.

Unfortunately, our time was marred by some inconveniences. The internet-based TV and phone had technical issues, rendering them unusable. We experienced some noise disturbances from the street, which may trouble light sleepers.

The freshly squeezed juice served during breakfast was a refreshing highlight of my stay!

I was disappointed by the lack of maid service , which left me having to call repeatedly for basic items like towels.

    beautifully designed rooms
    heating system issues
    lack of housekeeping

The hotel features beautifully designed rooms with luxury amenities.

I faced issues with the heating system in my room. Despite reaching out for assistance, the staff seemed overwhelmed . It was frustrating not to have regular housekeeping or timely responses for simple requests like towels.

historical building restoration, comfortable beds, beautifully designed rooms

They should seriously reconsider the execution of their valet service!!! A warning about the lack of refrigerators in the rooms might have saved me a lot of trouble!!! Room service needs a complete overhaul to align with guest needs!!!

    great location
    comfortable beds
    valet parking fee
    lack of refrigerator
    limited amenities

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Rooms are visually fine, and the beds provide excellent comfort, especially for those with back issues. The staff's friendliness stood out throughout my stay. The $30 daily charge for valet parking felt excessive, and there were no refrigerators in the room were nice. Accessibility to basic amenities could also use improvement.

Lovely staff and great location near local restaurants 👍. The rooftop bar has a wonderful atmosphere, and the fresh juice served at breakfast was delicious. Glad I chose this spot!

    Gorgeous ambiance and excellent service

Staying here seemed like stepping into a posh 1920s speakeasy with beautiful art deco touches everywhere. The staff were excellent. They really were pretty good too ensure we had a comfortable stay, and our super clean room included nice luxury amenities. The noise from nearby establishments was disruptive early in the morning, which can be a downside for light sleepers.
